Monday Night Yoga
Starts Again January 6
Enjoy a fun, non-intimidating yoga class taught by Kara Hughes.
This year will will be accepting a $5 donation for each class to go toward the Shepherds Heart Food Pantry and Crisis Care Center. The total donation amount will be shared with the class each week. In 2024 we proudly donated $2,580 to Shepherds Heart Food Pantry!
