Thursday Group Rides Are Over for 2024

Monday Night Yoga

On break. Will start again in mid September.

Enjoy a fun, non-intimidating yoga class taught by Kara Hughes.

This year will will be accepting a $5 donation for each class to go toward the Shepherds Heart Food Pantry and Crisis Care Center. The total donation amount will be shared with the class each week.
