Return Policy (Excluding Bicycles)

Mill Race Cyclery (MRC) will accept returns within 30 days of original purchase date when a receipt is presented with return on stocked items. Items must be in showroom condition, with original packaging and include all manuals and accessories provided with the product.

ALL special order items are non-returnable.

Bicycle Return Policy

Returned or exchanged bicycles must be returned within seven days, in showroom condition, and with less than ten miles on the bike. Special order bicycles are non- returnable.

Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited to the card used for the original purchase.

Refunds for cash purchases will be refunded in cash or check at the discretion of MRC. Refunds for purchases made with an MRC Gift Card will have a new store credit issued. Mill Race will price match another offer up to seven days after the purchase with store credit.
